In Step 2: Design a Life Which Flows, Chris explains how we are all attracting our lives towards us and gives further tools to create a supportive lifestyle.

Lastly, in Step 3: Pursue Your Dreams, Chris introduces the Law of Magic which expresses your ability to dream and pursue those dreams, however large or small.

This is an amazing read and workbook. It’s laid out so well that you growth as you do each exercise. I highly recommend reading each chapter and then going back to do the exercises before you move forward because everything builds on the last set of exercises.

The author tells 3 or 4 stories/fables that he refers back to throughout the book and I wasn’t a fan…it felt too forced. I didn’t let that distract me.

What many readers really appreciated about this book was its simplicity and unhurried pace; also the fact that it repeats and enhances its message regularly, returning again and again to the basics, going over them like a backstitch.

The acronym SOAR – Slow Down, Observe, Accept and Relax – is so easy to remember, to return to in almost any situation, and to incorporate into one’s life.

The author repeatedly distinguishes between our ‘normal’ state of mind – preoccupied, rushed, busy, anxious, driven – and our ‘natural’ state – accepting, appreciating, trusting, giving – and offers simple, non-guilt-driven steps to encourage us to move easily and regularly from one to the other.

The book is divided into three parts: ‘Learn To Calm Your Mind – Relax’, Take Charge Of Your Wellbeing – Nurture’ and ‘Pursue Your Dreams – Fly’.

At no point does the reader feel pressured into accepting a particular belief system, a particular dietary system, or a particular health and fitness regime – its all very much about self-acceptance and quality of mind.
